Payment Methods
Blaze Electronics accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diner's credit cards. We also accept payment by company check, personal check, money order, or wire transfer. In order to keep our prices competitive, no orders are processed until payment has cleared.


Terms of Sales
1. If merchandise is purchased for retail sale, a valid Sales Tax Resale Number must be provided at the time of your first order.

2. School and government bids welcome.

3. Merchandise purchased for resale, all sales are final. Otherwise: All returns must be processed within 15 days from date of order. Once processed we will gladly return payment to you for the full amount of returned items minus the shipping and/or handling charges. This is provided that the following return policies requirements have been met.

Returns
1. The item(s) must be in its original packaging with all documentation intact and must not show signs of excessive use, and must arrive at BLAZE DIRECT within the 15 day period. We will not accept any items for credit if these guidelines are not followed. All claims must be made by the original purchaser only.

2. It's also required that you call customer service, at: 1-480-710-2429 for prior approval to receive an RMA number. Upon approval, the returned item must be sent to us prepaid and insured (for your protection) with the RMA# clearly visible on the outside of the box, and must arrive at BLAZE DIRECT within the 15 day return period as specified in "Sales & Terms" above. We will not returned items without the RMA# on the box. If the unit is broken or defective upon your original inspection, you must immediately contact customer service for an RMA#. Questions about operation or use should be directed to the manufacturer.

This policy covers "consumer electronics" items only and does not apply to exempt items: video cameras, video projectors, presentation cameras, screens, projector accessories, plasma monitors, editing systems, lighting kits, XL-1 and accessories, pro batteries, and video tape. This list is not all inclusive and other items not listed here may also be exempt from the return policy.

The exempt items can be returned only in their unopened and undisturbed shipping cartons, within 7 days of invoice, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Payments Accepted
Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card, Diner's Club, cashier's check, or money order. We do not accept company or personal checks. Payments are due in full at the time of order.

Net terms are not available at this time.

MasterCard and Visa orders will only be accepted from persons who are authorized, in writing, to place such orders. Any additions or deletions of authorized persons must be made in writing and will become effective upon receipt of same by Blaze Direct.

Placing an order indicates acceptance of all the terms and policies stated herein.

What are certificates?
Certificates, serve as electronic credentials over the Internet for individuals and computer services (Web sites). They are used in the same way as birth certificates, passports or drivers' licenses to validate the identity of individuals for Web site access, communication and electronic commerce.

An individual wishing to send an encrypted message applies for a digital certificate from a Certificate Authority (CA). The CA issues an encrypted digital certificate containing the applicant's public key and a variety of other identification information. The CA makes its own public key readily available through print publicity or perhaps on the Internet. The recipient of an encrypted message uses the CA's public key to decode the digital certificate attached to the message, verifies it as issued by the CA and then obtains the sender's public key and identification information held within the certificate. With this information, the recipient can send an encrypted reply. The most widely used standard for digital certificates is X.509 which is the technology used by this merchant.
